Located at 140 Thames Street across from the Brick Market Place in Downtown Newport the Brick Alley Pub & Restaurant offers a warm and cozy fireplace in the winter and comfortably air-conditioned dining rooms in the summer. The Brick Alley Pub & Restaurant specializes in a blend of flavorful steaks, fresh local seafood, pastas, and seasonal specials. This wine list features over 250 different vintages and has received the Wine Spectator Award for Excellence. Open for lunch and dinner, Brick Alley Pub & Restaurant accepts reservations and offers an upstairs function room that can accommodate up to 170 people. The Brick Alley Pub & Restaurant has received favorable reviews from countless local and national publications including: The Providence Journal, Travel-Holiday, Ford Times, Rhode Island Monthly, and Newport Life Magazine. “Great food and atmosphere”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed November 21, 2013

This is a great place to eat in Newport. The food is good, the service is great, and the atmosphere is nice. They have a good variety of choices so this was a perfect pick for our group of 5 since everyone was able to find something they liked.

“Can't go to Newport without stopping by”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed November 20, 2013

My husband and I love this place. They make the hottest wings I have ever had and they are delicious! My husband loves the lobster rueben. We usually sit at the bar and the staff is funny and friendly. Every once in a while I will drive the hour just for the fix. :)

“Excellent everything!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed November 19, 2013

First of all, the place was packed but we got seated right away. Kelsey, our waitress was fantastic! Very patient, recommended a fantastic meal for me! The food was amazing and plentiful! I had to have half of it wrapped to bring home! I would recommend to anyone in the Newport area!!!!!

“Veg-friendly”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed November 18, 2013

We had a large group (in town for a conference). The staff were great and organized. The food was tasty, with several vegan-friendly options on the menu, and our waitress checked on anything she wasn't sure about.

Having a colleague in a wheelchair also made us realize this was one of few wheelchair-accessible restaurants that our conference groups went to.
