Amazing, amazing, amazing.
Me and my friend we have stayed in Spring Seasons Inn for 3 nights. This Inn is the charming place and the rooms are gorgeous. It was so relaxing to sip a glass of wine in the big jacuzzi tub located in the in enormous huge bathroom. Susan, the host and the owner is such a sweetheart, you get the feeling you have known her for years and she makes incredible breakfast !!! She just makes you feel like you are home. Location of this Inn is perfect, it is so quiet around but it is just steps away from the hear of the Newport town. Highly highly recommended.

From the moment we stepped into Spring Seasons, the only word that came to mind was "elegance". Susan was the most gracious host and the room felt like home. The breakfasts we had were beyond anything we could imagine. A+++++

We enjoy Newport and have gone there for day trips on several occasions. This was the first time we stayed overnight in the area and the Spring Seasons proved to be a wonderful choice. The owners were attentive and friendly and the house was immaculate and tastefully decorated. The Inn is centrally located to the downtown attractions and off-street parking was available. The discounted January rate made this Inn and excellent value. The room was quiet and comfortable and the breakfasts were very good. We highly recommend the Spring Seasons Inn.

My boyfriend and I stayed in the Victoria's Room December 29-31, 2010. This room is located on the first floor (just next to the main door & staircase). Surprisingly we were not disturbed by noise from the stairs or main door opening. The room was nice (on the smaller side but for 2 it's totally fine). The bathroom was huge. The room is decorated nicely & the sleigh bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and was very filling. Breakfast started with fresh fruit, scones, orange juice and tea/coffee. Susan made a hot item each day (ham & cheese omlette & apple pancakes were the two we had). Susan was a pleasant hostess and offered helpful information (including a great dinner recommendation). The Inn is conveniently located a short walk from the main wharf area and a short drive to the mansions (5 minutes). Free wi-fi in the room was a nice plus. Parking on the street is tight but there's a small driveway next to the inn where you can park for free.

We appreciate the comments that reviewers such as this guest left about us as we learn and try to improve with each and every guest comment. We do have off-street parking in our driveway and we also rent two spots across the street during the off hours of the parking lot's owner.

My wife and I stayed at this inn and had a great time. The inn is in historic downtown Newport and within walking distance to everything. Room was cozy and decorated very nicely.

My husband and I celebrated our 35th wedding anniversary at this Inn. The Innkeepers were the nicest couple and made us feel so welcome and comfortable from the minute we entered their Inn. We stayed in The Virginia Room which was beautiful, very cozy and had the most comfortable queen size sleigh bed. The bathroom was large and beautiful. We also enjoyed a wonderful home made breakfast in the morning. Would recommend this Inn to all for a wonderful experience while in Newport.

We have stayed at the Inn a few times and this stay was just as great as the last time. We come back because of the Inn quality and it's location. It's one block away from the heart of the town. We loved the Venice Suite. The romantic atmosphere was perfect for me and my wife. Susan the inn keeper was very friendly and helpful with finding things to do around town. The tea room is a wonderful added touch to the inn. I enjoyed the afternoon high tea. For the money you can't do better in newport.
