We had a wonderful time as usual. We come to Newport often and we always try to stay at the Spring Seasons Inn. The innkeepers are friendly and warm. The room is always immaculate and there is a surprise treat left on our bed. Anything we need is supplied. They always give the best dining suggestions. We hope to come again in July or August and will definitely stay with Bill & Susan.

My wife and I were very disappointed when it came time to leave we did not want to go. We were pleasantly surprised by the size of the room and most of all the hot tub. The private deck and the nice big bed were big pluses too. The owners Bill and Susan are very nice to deal with and Bill makes a good breakfast. We are planning to go back soon.

We went to High Tea during off-season, during a rainy night and it was perfect! The scones were amazing, the homemade cream--also amazing. Try the Bourbon Street Vanilla Rooibus, it was wonderful! Spring Seasons was definitely a "don't miss" for tea aficionados!

My daughter, daughter-in-law and I hosted a baby shower for my other daughter-in-law on June 28, 2009. We had about 23 women attend -- and all loved the idea of the high tea, but particularly loved the setting, which is filled with teapots and teacups of all shapes and sizes. Food was excellent, tea was superb -- so nice for each guest to receive an individual pot of tea. Susan, the owner, went out of her way to make sure all the details were taken care of. It was a perfect day. I, for one, want to return at Christmas time because I've heard the decorations are beautiful.

My husband and I stayed at the Spring Seasons Inn for a long weekend in June. We were a little nervous because we’ve never stayed at a B&B before, but the Spring Seasons Inn turned out to be a wonderful place to stay. It is reasonably priced for the area and within a short walking distance to the downtown area. We stayed in the Newport Suite, which is on the third floor of the house. As other reviewers have said, the photos on the website do not do it justice. It is immaculately clean, spacious, well-kept, and very comfortable. We felt right at home. The balcony is an added bonus – it is a great area just to sit, relax and read a book during the day. There is a screen, so you can leave the door open to let the breeze into the room if you don’t want to put the A/C on. The A/C in the room is a window unit. We had it on one night and it was very quiet – I am a light sleeper and didn’t wake up once. Susan and Bill are gracious hosts. They are there when you need them, but keep a respectful distance from their guests. Susan also is an excellent cook - we had some absolutely delicious breakfasts during our stay. We loved staying here and would absolutely stay here again on our next trip to Newport.

We had my baby shower/tea party at the Spring Seasons Inn last weekend, and it was WONDERFUL! I chose the location for its close proximity to the Newport waterfront and historic district, and of course for its sheer charm as a 19th century home. Susan and Bill, the owners of this beautiful B&B, did everything possible to make sure the day was perfect. Susan runs a delightful tea room in the inn's elegant dining room and living room, complete with a huge variety of gourmet teas served in floral porcelain tea pots, scrumptuous homemade scones and finger sandwiches, and little desserts. Since the weather was beautiful that day, we were able to invite guests onto the charming patio for welcoming fruit punch. The inn's 3 guest rooms (2 of which are suites that can accommodate additional guests) are very spacious and of course spotless. Yet the biggest attraction for me are the owners themselves, Susan and Bill. You just can't find a sweeter, more accommodating couple! We will definitely be coming to Spring Seasons Inn again! Thank you, Susan and Bill for making this very special occasion unbeatable! -Emily
