I enjoyed driving Bellevue Avenue. Also a nice place to take a walk. Great interpretive signage to tell about the homes along the avenue. Wear good walking shoes!

Stretches from Memorial Blvd. to Ocean Ave. Beginning at Memorial Blvd., you will see the Tennis Hall of Fame and shopping. After that, there is a long stretch on mansions. The side streets to the left will lead to the cliff walk. Continue down Bellevue to get to Ocean Ave and the famous "Ocean Drive". Well worth a stroll down this street, wear your sneakers and consider visiting one of the beautiful mansions along the way (some are on side streets off Bellevue).

Busy end of summer sales up and down the street. Great places to poke around and visit. And, plenty of spots to stop for a bite to eat or drink.

Plenty of shopping but you have to look hard to find a bargain. On the good side, centrally located, lots of choices, walking distance from Thames.
