“Very Scenic”
Reviewed April 3, 2014

If you can handle it physically, it is a great experience. I did it once. Once is probably enough for me. The hike up is a bit difficult. Some places in the cave are a bit narrow. I enjoyed it very much though. We stayed at Hampton Inn in Levi Point, UT.(beautiful hotel). It had a nice hot tub, which was very much needed after a long hike.

“Timp cave is amazing, but opt for the Hansen tour”
Reviewed March 29, 2014

Timp cave is awesome. The hike up is a bit steep, but it's worth it. Personally, I would opt for the Hansen tour. It is a private tour and you are able to see some of the most amazing things- hike down to a pure pond and see bacon ribbon in the walls. Costs a bit extra and you need to have a reservation and supplies, but worth it.

“Stout hike, but really nice.”
Reviewed March 9, 2014

The hike up is tough, particularly if you get to carry your kid most of the way. Wear sturdy shoes. Once inside, the cool air is refreshing. Nice spring or autumn activity.

“Amaizing”
Reviewed January 7, 2014

The hike up can be difficult. I've personally carried a 3 year old on my shoulders (not recommended). The cave is fun to go through. Make sure you bring a hoody or a coat cause it can be chilly inside. A water bottle is also a must. I've seen several of these caves in different parts of the world and this one is one of the best.

“It's a long hard climb, but worth it.”
Reviewed October 28, 2013 via mobile

Wasn't really prepared for the long strenuous hike up to the cave, but the views were absolutely amazing and the cave was pretty cool. Make sure you wear proper shoes and if you have little kids be prepared to make plenty of stops along the way.
