Horrible staff. Nasty rooms, bad breakfast, fake eggs. Not safe area at night. Vending machine products are expired.
Stay someplace else. Rooms are very out dated and smell of smoke and urine. Wall paper peeling off the wall.

Our team of managers work hard every day to make sure that our guests needs are taken care of and that our team continues to improve for future guests. Your comments will be shared at our next service meeting, to ensure that your future stays or future guest have a better experience. We are surprised to hear about some of your guestroom comments as our facility has recently been renovated with all guestrooms getting new carpet, wall covering, and furniture. Each of our guestrooms are cleaned and then inspected before being released for sale. Odors from the previous guest (if any) are caught by these inspectors and efforts would have been made to take care of this. But we will look into your specific concerns and rectify them. Please feel assured your next stay with us will be better.

Rooms outdated...I found a used razor in the bathroom waste basket, long black hairs in the bathtub and woven into the bath towels and of course one in the bed. Thank goodness I had a room with 2 beds and the other one was fine. Waitress was very sweet but the food was awful and VERY over priced! What hotel charges you $10 to park in their lot after paying for a room? They do! I'll never stay here again!

We are surprised that you had a concern with paying the $10 for parking as most hotels in the city do not even offer parking of their own. Ours is covered and attached to the hotel and much more reasonably priced than many of the cities paved lots that other hotels guests are forced to use. For our hotel the cost is clearly conveyed on the form you sign when you get your room key, as we do not want guest to be surprised at check out. Please feel assured your next stay with us will be better, as we make strides to improve every day.

Our waitress was so polite and patience, my three crying children throwing tantrums, potatoes, and the ketchup at her didn't stop this young lady from providing the service we never expected to receive. Ashley (per her name tag) was such a great waitress, it set up the entire two days we stayed in Buffalo for a wedding. I cannot wait to come back next year for the next wedding.

Stay was horrible and management is apathetic about your awful experiences. Never a return call. Spiders everywhere. Hotel is halfway remodeled some rooms good others from the 80's. Our group was divided and we were told good rooms are all for the airlines. Food was cold and staff is overworked. Delays at check in as we watched 10 "preferred" guests check in. Don't let the glamour of the lobby fool you, as lipstick on a pig is still a pig. Sleep in your car it is probably cleaner, dust everywhere, mold is terrible in the bathrooms and in their meeting rooms.

2 years or so ago I had a very pleasant stay here with my then 5 yr old so I returned this time myself when on business---hotel seemed sparsely filled but I got a room at the end of the hall with a big ugly unit blocking any view I might have. I had quite a load entering the hotel no no help with door although 2 staff doing little at a late hour close. No D-N-D door hanger in room so I put a note in it stead--hand written on large sheet --not observed--somebody woke me up before 8AM can't say staff but loud and I arrived from a 7 hour drive and was not in bed until 2AM.---hallways needed a vacuuming.

The good--still nice clean pool area and well stocked workout area for a hotel--sauna clean--would have been nice though for soap and shampoo in shower area.

ACTUALLY in 2nd of 3 nights when writing this--decent rooms and free net connect so I won't pan--but liked first stay--for price on Priceline this time decent value--but almost seems liked punished for using somewhat---$10 for parking

Room Tip: Not 5th floor on end rooms---no view and not close to ice ---elevators

Much better than expected, lovely and clean. A very large property. Hard to find conference room. Comfortable bed in a clean room. Great view of the lake. Good food too. Better then expected. Comparable to a Marriott. Staff nice but not overly efficient

My Partner and I spent the night for a little getaway.We had the most polite Reservationist named Michael. He answered all my questions and was truly a blessing on the phone. Lavonne was also great and so nice and professional at the front desk. The room was perfect. We had such a nice time.
