This is a catering business open for lunch on weekdays. Not fancy or especially friendly staff but the food choices were good Italian staples. I did have the Cassata cake and it was really good.

This restaurant is always crowded and for good reason. It's in the heart of the Elmwood strip, offers free parking and has great food and service.

One of the hidden gems of Western New York. Food is always fresh and delicious. Service is always friendly and makes you feel like part of the family!! Soups are best in WNY and the sandwiches are the perfect size for lunch. Go and enjoy you won't be disappointed! Only down side is they are only open Monday - Friday 11am-3pm for lunch.

Say what you will about the place; it's not huge, but the cassata cake is absolutely the best in the nation. We order one for Christmas Eve every year and everyone raves about it. The food is pretty good at reasonable prices; it's a nice place to grab a quick lunch and not go broke.Great value and better desserts.

Panaro's desserts - cassata cake, cannoli, HUGE cream puffs & more - amazing! Their menu is extensive and aims to please - many Italian offerings plus! Wish they were open on Saturdays- but it's a well deserved day off for the Concialdi Family - and time to create their beautiful & delicious wedding cakes! Their cassata wedding cakes = superlative! (Made my daughter's as well as my wedding cake!)They offer take out from 3-6:30 pm - great choice for dinners-to-go! Always enjoy their Panaro Sunflower Salad for lighter fare, or choose a sandwich, homemade mac-n-cheese,fish fry on Friday, specialty pizza or...! So many great offerings! When you see all the desserts on display, though, you'll want to skip ahead & have dessert 1st, then lunch!
