Description: In 1984, Buffalo developer Paul L. Snyder, Sr. established the top-performing, independently owned steak restaurant in Buffalo, NY. E.B. Green's was created in the tradition of the great American steakhouse - and we've been cultivating our luxurious, cozy aesthetic every day since. Named for renowned New York architect E.B. Green, our Buffalo NY steakhouse has garnered recognition from well-known critics and adventurous diners alike. On our menu, you'll find that our classic dishes aim to complement our high-quality steak and seafood. Start your evening with hand-crafted cocktails from our lounge - we're known for our martinis and our generous wine pours. All of our side dishes are designed to enhance our favorite part of the meal: the meat. E. B. Green's is proud to offer some of the best steak Buffalo NY has to offer. We exclusively source Midwest grain-fed USDA Prime and Choice cuts of beef, which we hand-cut each day. If you're a real gourmand, try our signature Porterhouse steak - it's a meal worth traveling for. We also fly in our seafood and lobster each day to ensure that our food as fresh as possible. Our other mainstays include our bone-in rib eye, rack of lamb, and cold water lobster. Whether you prefer surf or turf, E. B. Green's has something to suit every discerning palate. For the best Steakhouse in Buffalo, NY, come over to EB Green's!

Ate here 2 nights on last trip to Buffalo. Negative: wine-by-the-glass offerings, for red, Malbec was the most palatable. Pleasant atmospherre, good service and music during my dinners. First night, enjoyed fish entree with house salad, potato and asparagas hollandais. Prices are reasonable considering inclusion of salad and potato. Second night, "upgraded" to Caesar salad and vegetable. Steak - cooked perfectly to order - was one of best I've eaten. Came with roasted vegetables - red peppers and zucchini squash. Simply perfect!

“Excellent food”

Great steaks! Prime rib is the absolute best! The prime rib dinner for 2 is delicious, and more than even two can eat. Prices are a little high, but the food is great!

“Horrible Food”
Reviewed September 14, 2013

Cold food. Brought back the same cold yorkshire pudding reheated. Asked for a fresh one and they did bring me a new one (suppose to #2 Steak House in the U.S.A and they reserve a cut into Yorkshire Come on!!!!Baked potatoe cold as ice, but they did bring a new one out which surprised me. The Prime Rib was okay at the BEST! We ordered medium and my husband likes rare and it was so rare that we could not eat it. They offered to box it for us, but that was a waste of time. The end result they did not charge us for dinner and that was not the intent. They asked if we would like something else as they did not want us to be unhappy and we told them no that we were fine. They brought us a huge piece of cake which we shared.

“One of the Best”

Went to E. B. Greens for an anniversary dinner. Thius has got to be one of the best steak houses in the northeast. Attentive service, wonderful martinis and a steak to die for. All in all, a gourmet experience.

“Great Service”
Reviewed September 3, 2013

I had a wonderful meal at this restaurant and was particularly impressed by the service and friendliness of the staff. I was treated very well as a solo diner and had a very nice meal. Kudos!
