Love this place! Not interested in the outside decor; the place takes a beating from the weather. All the food is above average for a summer beach shack. Steak salad is one of my favorites, the fish fry is a close second. I have not had anything I haven't liked yet. The beach decor has something new every summer. It is bright and cheery. Great place to watch the summer storms come across the lake or catch a few precious rays of sun. After you've eaten (don't miss the apple caramel sundae) you can hunt for beach glass or a great piece of driftwood. Lived here 35 years, been to the red-top twice. I go to the bedrock almost every week. If it is chilly or raining it is not very crowded due to the small heated dining area. The larger enclosed dining area is unheated. The lack of lines or large crowds is NOT due to the quality of food. It is always good. People don't know what they are missing.
