I didn't know about this building, just happened to walk pass it and noticed the unusual details on the building.
There is an sign on the side of the building with a bit of information about the architect: "Prudential (Guaranty) building architect, Louis H.Sullivan, called the father of modern american architecture early all-steel frame office bldg. with fine terra cotta veneer".
The building is built in 1895.
