We visited the zoo on a drizzly Saturday after a week of warm temperatures in the Northeast. The animals were so alive and friendly. The Buffalo Zoo is such a great attraction and should never be missed. Well cared for and easily accesssible.

Beautiful zoo in Buffalo, NY. Bring your walking shoes! Many interesting exhibits and animals are well taken care of! There is a small fee for parking which was the only disappointment. If you live around Buffalo or In between Buffalo and Rochester, NY take the drive to seneca park zoo. I believe if your a member you can get in free or at a discounted rate.

It's not the biggest or the best zoo in the world, but this is probably the only neighborhood zoo you'll ever find - where kids pass giraffes on their way to school. Its size is perfect for a quick afternoon walk around with the kids, and it has just enough animals to keep it interesting without it costing an arm & a leg, or taking up an entire day.
