“Awesome Venue for Hockey”
Reviewed January 9, 2014

Went to Dec 29 Sabre game, sat 300 level second row on recommendation from a local Sabre's fan. He was right excellent seats! Full view of ice. The arena seems to have no bad seats for hockey, can't speak to other events. The arena staff was very friendly and helpful. The arena has a good flow for the fans to get in, around and out. I like there is food in different locations and the lines move pretty well. Prices are high if you plan on eating a meal there and need to fed a family. Water and soft drinks were $4.50, Roast beef sandwich with pickle and potato chips was $9.25, my brother got a hotdog and fries and they gave a generous portion of fries for about the same price, not unexpected but good info to know if you are taking a family plan accordingly.

“Very User Friendly & Helpful”
Reviewed January 4, 2014

I visited Buffalo for a Trans Siberian Orchestra concert held at First Niagara Center and the venue enhanced the concert experience.
Local car parking was cheap & plentiful, although this may change with the amount of construction taking place locally using up available space in the future.
The Center staff & security were very friendly, helpful and gave accurate information to a first time visitor.
The seating was comfortable & with good leg room. Plenty of exits made for an easy & quick departure at the end of the concert. A nice, friendly venue.
