Description: P.F. Chang's is a restaurant concept that honors the 2,000-year-old Asian tradition of wok cooking and believes in making food from scratch every day in every restaurant. With a Farm to Wok food philosophy at its core, P.F. Chang's chefs hand-roll dim sum, hand chop and slice all vegetables and meats, handcraft every sauce and wok-cook each recipe, every day in every restaurant using fresh ingredients. With roots in Chinese cooking, the culinary landscape at P.F. Chang's now stretches across Asia with diverse, culturally inspired recipes including hand-rolled sushi, Vietnamese-style soups and bowls, traditional Chinese dim sum, wok-fired chicken and beef entrees, and family style noodles and rice. All made from scratch every day.

Service was great... food wonderful. Lettuce wraps were great... lettuce very crisp and fresh. Lo mein noodles with pork also very good. Only criticism would be about cleanliness. Seems like the staff doesn't clean up after previous patrons as there were napkins and straw protectors on the floor underneath the table. Also, management shoud sit in the booth and look around at things like the wall and lamp above table that could use a thorough cleaning. Picky I know but couldn't help but notice on a day that just wasn't that busy.

A few years ago, my husband and I visited a PF Chang's and thought it was the worst place ever. We figured we would give it another try and were shocked with how good it was! This location was attached to the mall and although it was lunch time on a Saturday, they were able to seat our party of 3 with no wait. Since the last time we were here, they changed the menu to more of a family style menu with larger portions. My husband and I both got different types of fried rice (pork and chicken). We easily could have just split one of those, but we had extra to take with us. The portions were huge and the food was excellent. We also got egg rolls, which were delicious. This experience was infinitely better than one we had a few years ago, and we will definitely be coming to PF Chang's more often now.

Food is ok, a bit too salty. I ordered Kung Pao chicken and stemmed white rice, chicken came, no rice, called Grub Hub, they said they won’t resend someone for a missed item.... not worth it..

My parents and I had a great time. The wait staff was well-trained. I would probably dine at this place another time. Get the Hunan or Mongolian beef.

Stopped while doing some shopping at the mall to grab a couple of appetizers to stave off our hunger pangs but wanting something lighter that wouldn’t ruin our appetite for dinner. Settled on the fried calamari and vegetables and the shrimp dumplings to share. Yummy! The calamari and veggies were fried with a light, crunchy coating and spicy dipping sauce. The dumplings were on the small side but filled with shrimp and had a nice sauce on the platter to soak them in. Great server - she was very friendly and attentive!
