Room was next door to 8-10 adults(acting like children.) Security and front desk did nothing and were a joke. Do not recommend to anyone. I will definitely not even consider any Hampton inn at any location from here out. More

For the price of this hotel, it can't be beat. Great location, many restaurants/bars within walking distance. The front desk was very friendly. Rooms were super clean and very comfortable. This is obviously not a luxury hotel, but has pretty much anything and everything I would need.

Hotel was clean, well-maintained and staff was accommodating. My room was nicely appointed. Availability of coffee all day and healthy breakfast option — fresh fruit, oatmeal, hard-boiled eggs, was especially helpful to a productive stay.

Fantastic place to stay if travelling through or visiting Niagara Falls. Friendly staff, large clean rooms and they made it feel like you were visiting family. Lovely fresh baked cookies and amazing cooked breakfast included. Highly recommended!
This wonderful new spot has all the qualities one would expect from a Hilton brand hotel. Breakfast wasn't the best we've had at a Hilton, but I did greatly enjoy that 24/7 coffee. Front desk was very helpful with local restaurants and pizza joints. Room was very well decorated, bright and full of sun. The new amenities and salt water pool were a plus too. Only an hour to the Canadian side of Niagara Falls.
We generally don't stay a Hampton Inns but this property is above and beyond what you might expect for this hotel brand. The only place we'll stay when visiting Buffalo. The staff at this hotel aims to please. Service with a smile and genuine interest to meet your needs. Can't beat the accommodations, service, location and staff.
