This wonderful new spot has all the qualities one would expect from a Hilton brand hotel. Breakfast wasn't the best we've had at a Hilton, but I did greatly enjoy that 24/7 coffee. Front desk was very helpful with local restaurants and pizza joints. Room was very well decorated, bright and full of sun. The new amenities and salt water pool were a plus too. Only an hour to the Canadian side of Niagara Falls.

We generally don't stay a Hampton Inns but this property is above and beyond what you might expect for this hotel brand. The only place we'll stay when visiting Buffalo. The staff at this hotel aims to please. Service with a smile and genuine interest to meet your needs. Can't beat the accommodations, service, location and staff.
The hotel itself was clean and the room was a great size and also very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Area are around hotel is not the best. Unfortunately, the hotel parking area and lobby are not secure. We were approached several times right at the front door of the lobby and in parking lot by people begging for money. They did not leave when we said no they just continued to ask for money. I would not stay here if I was alone.
My first ever visit to Buffalo, NY......the best experience ever. Room, staff, internet, complimentary breakfast, gym and swimming pool are all "top shelf". The front desk staff are the best. And, the location is ideal.
Loved our stay. From the lobby to our room it was awesome. Walked to the immigration office for an early morning appointment, then enjoyed a great breakfast. In a great location to enjoy all Buffalo has to offer. Historic district. Just a great place to stay.
We had a pretty great stay at the Hampton Inn. We were in town for a wedding and also made a trip over to Niagara Falls, and at the end of each night, a nice soak in the in-room hot tub was exactly what we needed. That's probably what I'll remember most about this stay, but it was also a good place to stay because of the free wifi, free parking, and free breakfast, a combination that I don't think all of the downtown hotels offer. We really liked the breakfast, especially that it was different on both days of our stay and had a greater variety than a lot of other free hotel breakfasts. There's also access to the restaurants on the ground floor from inside the hotel, meaning you can get to Ted's Hot Dogs without setting foot outside!
