“Another excellent meal and service.”
Reviewed March 11, 2012

We had been to the Melting Pot in Atlantic City and had a great time so we couldn't wait to try this one. We made reservations on line which was quick and easy. Our waiter was excellent. Once again we had a great meal and really enjoyed our dinner. You need to be able to take the time to relax and not be in a rush to really enjoy the experience. I don't understand people who complain about having to cook you own food, it is a fondue restaurant, that is the whole point. So sit back, relax and enjoy the experience.

“A relaxing, sumptuous, fun dining experience!”
Reviewed January 1, 2012

This dining venue has a lot of class and style- This restaurant is easy on the eyes from the moment you walk in- mostly austere in adornment with the exception of some minimalist painting/prints to accent the uniformly purple/grey? wall surfaces. The booths are high for privacy and sound containment. We were greeted by a pair of Receptionists who confirmed our seating , stored our coats and guided us to our table promptly. we were then greeted by the Head Waiter and he announced who our Server who be (Matt). He was with us in a minute to explain the format and choices on the menu (we were new-comers) Our beverage requests were rapidly delivered with a bowl of bread chunks to satisfy my wife who hadn't had a proper meal during her busy day.
Our dinner guests arrived a little late and Matt came by to orient them to the dinner choices and get their aperitifs. Since this was a shared meal, we just had to decide on the Fondue dipping cheese and the broth cook pot style we wanted. The cheese sauce fondue (made with Emmentaller, champagne and their proprietary blend of flavorings, was served with unlimited delicious french bread chunks and and granny Smith apple cubes was soooo good!
The entree included a selection of differently prepared meats and crustacean- Chicken, pork, beef, lobster and shrimp. There was also delicious 3 mushroom pasta pillows and a medley of raw veggies and mushrooms to stew in the delicious savory broth.
Finally the dessert Fondue was e confection was milk chocolate served with toasted almonds on top and the dippers included fresh strawberries, brownie and red cake chunks and marshmallows and even a bit of cheese cake. I enjoyed this with a snifter of Grand Marnier and some coffee. My single complaint was that The Dirty Gin Martini I had before dinner was a flop - too much onion juice and some very long out of date cocktail onions.
To finish we were presented with gift certificates from a local charity and discount coupons toward our next visit.
We had a wonderful experience over all and recommend this restaurant highly and pray it maintains the high standards we enjoyed last night!

“Something Different”
Reviewed November 25, 2011

This restaurant is located inside the Walden Galleria, and is a great place to share a nice fondue-style dinner. The tables are all set up with built in burners in the tables, as fondue is the only type of meals they offer. This was my third visit here and will continue to eat there whenever I'm in the Buffalo area. Three of us went for a girls weekend away, including shopping and wine tasting. We chose the 4-course meal, which included salad, a cheese fondue with bread & veggies, the entree with different meats & veggies, and a chocolate fondue for dessert, with pound cake, fresh fruit, and brownies for dipping:) It is a very laid back atmosphere with good service. You will not leave hungry!
