Embassy suites is an excellent hotel but this location is superb. All of the staff were welcoming and interacted with us in a most pleasant manner. The rooms were clean, spacious and the view was really great. The manger's reception was a lot of fun. The made to order omelets for breakfast were great. The restaurant meal was so good. Speed of service was great. If you go, ask for Thomas as a waiter...he made the dinner experience even better. Would definitely recommend this Embassy Suite to any visitor to Buffalo.

Fantastic hotel, comforable beds, good room service the "complimentary" breakfast is really pretty good. I go to good hotels like this because I would rather pay more than the "comfort, holiday, best western type motels" and have a good nights sleep with great service. The first person you see is the Valet . If you don't have a car you don't exsist, I was much more impressed with the shutlle driver than the first 5 employees I met when I got to the hotel. The lobby carpet was full of crumbs and broken crackers , hey that stuff happens , but when you see a manager walk through the lobby and nothing is done about it you tend to notice. The money I paid for a weekend trip was equivalent to a weekend in Philadephia at the Omni or the Doubletree in Baltimore. The wait staff were fantastic, If I were to take a guess on improvements I would say that upper mgt. should pay a little more attention to detail

It was the first time I stayed at this hotel, I normally stay at the Hampton Inn next door. I was very surprised at the large suites and very welcoming staff. All were very nice and helpful. My only disappointment was maybe some light maintenance upkeep on the suite. Breakfast was good too!!!

Since our "regular" Buffalo hotel was already full we decided to give Embassy Suites a try. The staff was professional, courteous and helpful. Even as walk-in guests we were given a lovely suite at a discounted rate. My only criticism is there was mold around the bottom on the shower door glass. (Someone doing a room inspection would have to step inside the shower to see it.) The complimentary breakfast was very good. We will keep this hotel on our short list of places to stay.

I stayed at the Embassy Suites for a business trip, and my experience was great! The hotel is very modern, great decor, and clean. The rooms are very spacious suites, with kitchen area, living room, and bedroom with a very comfortable bed/pillows. The free breakfast was delicious, this is not your typical continental breakfast - they had made to order omelet station, hot station with pancakes waffles sausage etc, juices, etc. The restaurant Della Terra was great, I recommend the Filet Mignon with blue cheese on top.

During my stay, a number of Hockey teams stayed at the hotel, which demonstrates the quality of the hotel. Everyone at the hotel is friendly, from the front desk staff, waiter/waitresses at the restaurants, to the valet parking men. This is the nicest hotel in Downtown Buffalo, and I highly recommend it. My only complaint is the mandatory 15 dollar valet parking fee per day, over the course of my two week stay this added up to a lot of money.

Embassy Suites exceeded expectations with courteous and helpful service, their complimentary 'manager reception' and a decent breakfast. The $15 parking felt a little bit cheeky in a city with an oversupply of downtown real estate and parking lots, although they were open about this extra charge at time of booking.

Room Tip: Suites would be good if you planned to work, watch TV or have pre-drinks in your room.
