The room was fine, the breakfast was great, the price seemed high but options are limited, what turned me off was the dead bat caught on the hall room screen and the stairs (no elevator) looked like they hadn't seen a cleaning in a while.

Very clean. Super comfortable bed and pillows. Nice continental breakfast...lots of choices of cold and warm food. Help behind the desk was great. Affordable and way above average compared to hotels I've stayed in previously. Give them a try!

This was a nice surprise. This is looking very new, the rooms are spacious, well-equipped and comfortable. All very clean and even the guest laundry was an improvement on many other hotels. Breakfast was good, with plenty of choice. No complaints, except the hot water is never hot enough for tea!

Our stay was wonderful for Cowboy Christmas, the hotel was very pretty and "dressed to the nines" for Christmas. The staff was wonderful and professional, we were advised that they are doing renovations and an addition and apologized in advance for any inconveniences. We could not even tell except for a couple tools outside. The whole hotel was peaceful and quiet. The lobby was cozy with the stockings over the fireplace and the huge tree. It felt like we were at home. The trains, although close, do NOT blow their horns and there are a lot of options for breakfast: waffles, sausage and scrambled eggs... oh my ;-)
Price was lower than expected for oil country, higher prices are normal in that area due to the economic boom.
I read other reviews about this hotel and I felt bad for the ones that did not get this experience. Perhaps they stayed before all the great changes. We will be back this summer for all the fun!! Keep up the great work guys!

Room Tip: We were in a couple rooms (family get-together and all) they were all clean and well manicured. How...

We had stayed at this motel in the past, and felt the rooms were too high priced and were looking run down. However, the remodeling and upgrades to the room we were in this time were great. Very nice looking. Comfortable bed. And the rates didn't seem so out of line this time. On top of that, the front desk people were all friendly, courteous, and helpful. Good place to stay! We will be back!

Clean rooms, friendly staff, great free breakfasts with tons of choices. Walking distance to downtown Medora. I. Would stay here again. The room was a little bit more than we normally like to pay but as it is a holiday destination we expected that.

Stayed one night this week while we toured Theodore Roosevelt National Park. We were very pleased with the accomodations--so clean and comfortable--no complaints. The staff was great, especially Ross who was at the front desk when we arrived. He is just a genuinely friendly and nice guy. He helped us find a good place to eat dinner, which was very helpful since there weren't too many options this time of the year. Would highly recommend this hotel.
