We recently stayed here 1 day on our way to New Mexico. The room was clean, decorated nicely, free wifi, parking in front of the room, and the check in was easy. Nice breakfast the next morning but we had to get on the road as it was almost blizard conditions. Price was right and would definitely come back.

Arrived in a snow storm, which tended to dominate how we used the hotel. Very glad of wifi to be able to check road conditions to Grand Canyon. Beds clean and comfortable. Staff very helpful in digging our car out the following morning and giving us a push. Didn't use the breakfast buffet as I didn't like the look of it and it was very busy. Would stay there again.

When I brought in a take-away from the restaurant next door, the clerk at the desk asked me if I would like a plate and silverware and proceeded to fetch them for me to take up to my room.

I inadvertently scratched myself and left traces of blood on two of the pillows. When I returned to my room at the end of the day, the pillows had been replaced with clean ones. In fact, room servicing is exemplary in this hotel.

The staff is cheerful and helpful, the property is spotless. This is a very well run and comfortable hotel in an excellent location for reaching most destinations in and around Flagstaff and the prices are very reasonable for this level of service and comfort.

I found this hotel to be very well located, and great value for the money. It is not a budget hotel, but is what I would call economy-luxury. I found the cleanliness and appointments to be excellent for the price. Breakfast is also very good for the price - less than $10.
I forgot my charger and adapter, and was 500mi away when I realised this. I wrote them off, but then a day later, had a change of heart, took a chance, and called them Brian got back to me within 15 minutes to say they had found it, and would ship it to me free. That is the kind of service and 'can-do' attitude that keep people coming back. Just the final touch to a great stay!

We stayed here for two nights as part of our trip to AZ. While nothing in AZ is close to anything (it's the 6th largest state!) it was an ok drive to the Grand Canyon--not too long. Nice university town and the hotel is close enough for a quick drive to the old historic district.

The hotel is well-maintained. While we couldn't get a "king" room, the double was fine. We had enough room considering we "dropped" our suitcases on the floor.

The breakfast was really good with a great variety even though the price isn't included in the room charge. Probably still less expensive than going out for breakfast. Have never had a problem asking staff for cereal, milk, and spoons when we have to get out before breakfast is served.

Room Tip: Top/3rd floor always quiet!

Good overall value. Room was comfortable and clean. It was a little awkward using the hot tub as there is a big window from the lobby looking directly at the pool and sauna. Breakfast had a good selection (muffins were surprisingly good) but the coffee was not up to my standards. Very convenient to Flagstaff airport.

This hotel is very good for a day trip or a stay for a week. For not having a kitchenette the Hilton Garden Inn has all the necessary amenities as home to ease your stay. The restraunt was $4 cheaper than leaving to one of the national chains to feed the family, so not having to get fully dressed to eat breakfast was like being home.

Thank you for taking the time to review our hotel. We truly appreciate your kind words and great scores. I was happy to hear you enjoyed our breakfast buffet. Being that it is a full, hot buffet breakfast with fresh scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles, etc, etc, and it is all you can eat for only $9.95, we agree that it is a great value!

Again thanks for the review as well as your business. We look forward to seeing next time your in town.
