We have stayed here a few times in the past but this was the best stay even though it was for one night only. The construction (in front of the building) is complete making the entrance much nicer. The hotel is situated near several fast food restaurants and casual dining restaurants (Red Lobster, Olive Garden and etc.) as well...all within walking distance. The front desk staff was very courteous. In the morning, after 7.2 inches of snow the hotel staff was out brushing off the customer's cars in the parking lot and the parking lot was well plowed. Breakfast was adequate and we enjoyed the hot coffee/cocoa in the evening.

Great place for a family vacation. More like a 4 star hotel. Everyone was anxious to please. We wanted adjoining rooms with our grandkids and the guests didn't move. So the hotel gave us two rooms across from each other and upgraded one of the rooms. Pool was clean and a nice size for an indoor pool.

This is a very dated hotel that has been updated in some areas. You will notice stark contrasts between the 1980s decor in some areas, and the updated parts (which are not bad to look at). The details are where everything fell apart. The welcoming 24-hour tea, coffee and hot chocolate were usually empty and covered in crumbs and trash. The pool and hot tub were so chlorinated that my daughter had red eyes for 2 days after swimming one time. We stayed 3 nights and only requested that the room be cleaned once, and the towels were not replaced, the coffee was not replaced and there was a piece of trash (Benadryl bubble package) in the middle of the floor that was not ours. We requested bedding for the pull out bed 3 times, and finally received it halfway through the second day.

The included breakfast was not bad, but at 6am (when it opened) there was a moderate crowd of people that appeared not to be hotel guests but maybe employees or friends of the employees.

The staff appeared to be college students and were pleasant and bright, but really didn't seem overly concerned about guests. When we checked out I expected to be asked about our stay and was ready to let them know what was wasn't great, but all I got was a laconic "you're all set". If you're used to Tucson and Phoenix price vs. service, you will be severely disappointed.

Enjoyable place and clean.

Their breakfast nook was crowded due to the layout and size of the crowd. However, the staff did a good job of keeping things stocked given the number of people. Seating was also a bit of an issue.

Up to date style.

Room was clean and quiet.

We chose this hotel after our long drive to take advantage of the indoor hot tub. It was wonderful and helped take away the driving stress. Rooms were clean. Bathroom was well equipped. Mattress was comfortable. Some reviews stated it was outdated but we felt it was just fine for our $125.00 for the night. Breakfast choices were good however I wish there was some fresh fruit options.

Arrived at this hotel in the midst of a mild winter storm. The front was decorated with Christmas lights and the lobby was warm and welcoming. The staff was very kind. The hotel was clean and easy to get around in. Even though the hotel is close to the highway, there wasn't any notable road noise. The rooms were clean and efficient. Thanks for making a tired family of travelers feel welcome and relaxed.

Great location just under the feeeway from the NAU Skydome where the Lumberjacks play FCS football games. Easy access to restaurants and shopping.

The staff is exceptional and willing to go the extra mile. Very clean rooms. The rooms to the east can be a bit noisy if there is substantial emergency freeway action. Overall a solid place to stay in Flagstaff.
