We stayed here while returning from my mothers funeral in Pheonix AZ in early Dec.
Close to I-40
Close to Jack in Box, Village Inn Pancake House, Burger King, Taco Bell,Safeway.
Almost anything you need is close by.
Room was fine, expected for 69.00 per night.
Breakfast area needs to reworked. It is way too small for a motel with this many rooms they could afford to take a wall down and make it larger!
Staff was putting up stuff 10 minutes before breakfast time was over....We had to settle for single serving honeybuns, coffee was good.
Office had an Ironing board and Iron.

Room Tip: Family of 6, they have two doubles with a sleeper sofa in the back buildings.

Scott, thank you for the review of Super 8 Flagstaff. I'm not to happy to hear that breakfast was put away early. I have addressed this issue and it wont be happening again. We are currently having plans drawn up to create a larger breakfast area sop we can accommodate everyone. Other than these two items; I hope you enjoyed your stay and will return to see the improved product.

Two nights of little sleep started with a rough check in. There were 2 clerks, but rather than dealing with the people in line, they were bickering with each other. The first room was not ready so we came back and got new cards. Later, those cards failed and we had to go back down and have them reprogrammed. The new room was a downgrade and was not as clean as is expected. The hairs in the bath tub were almost as disgusting as the beards of dust and lint hanging from the bathroom exhaust vent cover. The beds were hard and the chairs rickety. The wifi was intermittent and had no bandwidth. We came back in the evening and could not find a parking spot. The next morning the breakfast was packed with people and all the food was gone. We did not get anything.
All I ask for my money is a clean room, a comfortable bed and no hassle. Fail, fail and fail.

Room Tip: There is no elevator. Don't let them give you the second floor.

We made a reservation one night ahead of our stay and were quoted a price of $109 for the one night (all of Flagstaff in generally is overpriced for what get). Upon checkout the price reflected on the bill was $119 then you add in the taxes and pet charge and we were out $150. Once my daughter finishes college there, I think I'll skip Flagstaff in the future and go elsewhere to spend the night. The room was just an average room with average amenities, nothing special and it was clean. $119 plus tax will get you a really nice room anywhere else, but Flagstaff.

We were forced to stop in Flagstaff due to weather conditions when coming back from Santa Fe. We really lucked out with this Super 8, it was so clean and the rooms were very nice with comfortable beds. The clerk went out and dug through the snow drifts to help find our lost car keys.. yes they were in the snow drift.. Village Inn steps away for tasty pie..

I was really happy with this hotel. My room was very, very clean - and big for the price. It was also quiet and the guy at the front desk was really nice. I wasn't thrilled with the $15 pet fee and think it's a little excessive, but my dog and I had a nice stay so I guess it was worth it. I would definitely stay here again.
