We recently stayed here while visiting the Grand Canyon. I wouldn't go back. Staff was friendly enough. When making the reservation 6 weeks before, I requested 2 joining rooms. There were unable to accommodate this. So we were continually going back and forth, letting people in or finding keys.

I honestly have not seen that sort of furniture in the rooms since the early 80's. Very dated but clean.

The entire room service menu is from the Japanese restaurant. Nothing appealing for kids. We ordered chicken noodle soup which was way too spicy for them. One of our water glasses had lipstick prints on it.

Breakfast in the other restaurant was good with a large menu.

Thank you for posting your review. Our front desk manager is currently researching the guest request issue concerning the connecting rooms. We do our very best to accommodate guest requests, especially when those reservations are made directly and we have more control over the booking. We understand the need for conveniences when traveling with others. We've also shared your concerns regarding the Food & Beverage experience with our F&B Manager - be assured your comments are heard and will be addressed with our staff.
We ARE happy to let you know that we will be going through renovations and upgrades to address concerns with the 'dated' furnishings... we'll be excited to have guests such as yourself return and experience our all new guestrooms very soon! We do appreciate your feedback and sharing with us and others.

Easy choice. Great customer service and very good rooms. If you are expecting a hotel that is comfortable and easy to get in and out then this is the place for you and your family. It has 2 great restaurants and very good bar. The Sakura restaurant was a pleasant surprise. Great atmosphere and perfect sushi. I wish every hotel was this good and easy when traveling with the family.

Room Tip: If you are traveling with family get the suite!

Stayed here for two nights as part of our travelsphere tour, lovely hotel up in the mountains. Service excellent rooms very clean cannot fault. There were two reataurants in hotel one called sakura a japanese reataurant which we ate in on our first night it was lovely. There was also a great diner up the road also. Not far from a few shops etc. Swimming pool was not in use as the season hadn't started which was a shame, but inall really loved it here

So pleased you enjoyed your stay with us and we do hope you'll be able to return for warmer summer weather when the pool will definitely be open! Flagstaff is just as beautiful during the summer months as during the winter and fall months!

We stayed at this property for one night using the free night certificate we earned during Club Carlson’s “Stay One, Get One” promo. I have to say that Club Carlson has really come through in the past couple of years when it comes to promotions and credit card products, and we were really happy to have been able to stay at this beautiful property in this beautiful city for free.

The hotel has free Wifi, which was pretty reliable. Parking is free and the hotel is also near the highway for quick access back out of the city.

Flagstaff is located at 7,000 feet above sea-level, and while we didn’t really feel the altitude as much, it was very cold for our standards, so it was nice to walk into the lobby and sit by the fireplace for a few minutes.

The hotel also has a small bar and lounge area where you can get away from the cold and enjoy a nice scotch to warm up. They have a restaurant as well, but we didn’t have time to visit it.

Our room had two double beds and not the greatest view, but we were in just for the night and didn’t really care so much about it. The room was definitely comfortable and up to Radisson standards. The beds had controls so you could adjust them to your own comfort.

The bathroom was spacious, had plenty of toiletries, great water pressure, and complimentary bottles of water.

The staff was very helpful and friendly, and really made us feel welcome.

Overall, it seemed like a great property to spend a couple of days. The area was nice, right by the mountains, and it seemed quiet and cozy.

Room Tip: Get the U.S. Bank Club Carlson VISA signature card that gets you automatic Gold status for upgrades...

My fiancé practically lived here for a year and neither he nor I can speak high enough about this place!
First off, it is a clean and nice hotel. From your experience when you walk in the door to when you get into your room, everything feels well kept and super clean. The front desk staff ~ led by Daniel are in a word, simply AMAZING! Daniel truly is an exceptional leader and leads by example. He is always respectful, kind and on top of it! His staff is the same! They do a great job at truly making you feel welcome and at home while there.
The F&B Director Abhay is exceptional! No matter how busy his day is, he always takes the time to check on his guests and make sure that they are doing well. He recently worked on a new menu and did a great job! We sampled the food last night and it was wonderful!
When you are there, be sure to go visit Loren in the bar too! One of my all time favorite bartenders! He makes the bar a fun place to be!!
Thanks so much to everyone at this hotel! You have all made our lives wonderful over the past year!

Room Tip: The sleep number beds are GREAT!!

We liked it here. It is a big place and you may have to walk a long way from your room to the restaurant. Spotlessly clean. Food unremarkable and not cheap. We ate from the bar and that was OK. Bedroom was pleasantly comfortable. Good beds. Convenient location for the show at Flagstaff and the train down to Grand Canyon. Good choice.

Yet another hotel that does most things very well and leaves something ...like noisy a/c. I general the property is spot on except the room Air Cond was so loud it was hard to here the tv. We will be back but will ask for a room with quieter A/C
