We stayed only one night passing through on vacation. The pool area was very nice with a large hot tub. The indoor pool was a bit chilly. The rooms were fine but there was a stain on one of the bed spreads but other than that the room was very clean. The mattresses were not at all comfortable. If I was staying for more than one night I would probably find better accommodations but for one night it suited us fine.

We stayed here for two nights when we visited the Grand Canyon. The room was clean, well appointed, and comfortable. I had pretty low expectations for this place since it is a Days Hotel, and I had always assumed that meant you were lucky to get a bed with 4 walls around it. It was very nice, I would rank it in the same category with a Best Western Plus or a nicer Holiday Inn. We were comfortable for the two nights we stayed here and they accommodated our dog, which was great. The pool was super cute, even though we never used it.

The good:
Pet friendly
Beds are comfy
Rooms are spacious enough (not large though)
Wi-Fi signal was very good
Microwave/Fridge

The bad:
No breakfast offered
The restaurant wasn't very good
Thin walls/ thin ceiling
Distance to Grand Canyon National Park

Overall this was a nice hotel, I would stay here again. I would also recommend it to others. If you are staying here to visit the Grand Canyon, please know that you are 80 miles away. Williams and just outside the GCNP have hotels which are more convenient for visiting the Grand Canyon. If we had known that there were closer hotels, we might have chosen a different hotel. But it worked out in the end because we really liked this little hotel and it was very comfortable.

Room Tip: Note- this hotel is 80 miles from the Grand Canyon.

We stayed at this hotel in May 2013 and there was a lot of renovation work going on on the outside of the hotel. We were a bit apprehensive and worried that the rooms would be in need of renovation too. But we were wrong. The room was lovely and clean and recently renovated. There was plenty of parking around the hotel. Also there were plenty of restaurants around the hotel and it was close to the highway. The only thing is smell of chlorine is very strong in the ground floor area near and in the lift.

Overall good value for money and friendly front desk staff.

Dear guest:

Thank you for providing us with this completed TripAdvisor review! We're very grateful to have such valuable feedback.

We're happy to hear that you enjoyed your stay with us! It's always our hope that we'll see past guests return again in the future, and we sure hope that's the same case for you, should you ever be passing through Flagstaff again.

However, we would like to apologize for your dissatisfaction with the bottom floor smelling strongly of chlorine. This is a popular issue among indoor pool areas, but I will make a note of your complaint and work toward resolving this issue promptly.

Again, we wish you safe travels and hope to see you again in the future, sometime! If there is anything else that I can help with, please contact me personally. I'd love to help!

Sincerely,

Anna Patel
