“clean, friendly and efficient”

My husband and I recently stayed here for 3 nights. We had a quiet and clean 2 room suite with refrigerator, microwave, 2 bathrooms and 2 large screen TV's for $121/night plus tax. We found the staff extremely helpful and friendly. The extra $25/night charge for the suite rather than single room was well worth it, to have space to spread out and do our own thing at times. One night I walked one block for take out from "Mama Luisa", an award winning Italian restaurant. Also close by are some good historic Rte 66 diners. Easy drive to downtown to historic district, to Walmart if needed, and to many excellent tourist attractions.

Not bad for the short time frame I had to locate a room in Flagstaff. the room was a bit small for the price of $81.00. The décor is a bit out dated and didn't match the newly renovated counter tops and mirror. equipped with a nice flat screen. furniture was possibly 15 years old. mattress needed replacing, (concaved on one side). one night stay was good. staff was great, professional and very helpful.

A great place to stay In Northern Arizona. Close and convenient to many attractions, Petrified Forest, Painted Desert, Meteor Crater, Grand Canyon. A lot of things to do in the area and a lot of history. On Route 66 so that provides its own attractions as well. Nice pool, but was crowed with rowdy kids at times and hard to relax. Breakfast was good with a good variety of offerings and well prepared. Overall the three days I spent there were enjoyable.

We had a lovely two room suite with two bathrooms for less than we have spent at other places for a tiny cramped room. We found the Best Western to be perfectly clean and homey, convenient to shopping, restaurants, and the route to the Grand Canyon. We had coffee in-room, a nice microwave/fridge, plenty of towels, hair dryer, ironing board, plenty of hot water, and the internet worked well. Breakfast had a variety of hot and cold items, and the staff could not have been nicer. What more could we want?
A note: Our son, who is stationed in Colorado, and who had recently returned from deployment, met us here. I believe the staff was almost excited to see him arrive as we were.

Stayed here just one night en route to the Grand Canyon. Our room looked recently updated. Very impressed when we walked in. It was clean and comfortable. Great shower. Was not bothered by the trains because we got a room (133) on the far backside of the property. Ask for a room in this area. Breakfast was good too. Lots of variety. Didn't try the pool but it looked nice. Got a free newspaper at our door this morning.

We were on our way home from Bossier, planning on making it back to Corona CA by Thursday. We made last minute decision to take a room one more night. Called the 800 number and were able to get a room. The hotel seemed outdated at first, but when we got to our room, it was very nice and spacious. Bathroom was nice size as well. Very Clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good and had a different menu from the previous night stay at a BW. which made it nice, due to we were burnt out on waffles. Only drawback was that there was no elevator for my mom to use. We didn't complain since it was last minute reservation, on our part. Otherwise, we were very happy with the accommodations.

Room was so small that did not hardly have enough room for suitcases. No room on vanity and bathroom was so small that almost got claustrophobia going to bathroom or showering. Hard to get into parking area. Close to railroad so got noise and rumble from trains all night. Lot of noise from room above.
