This is a family-owned chain. The staff is incredible. From the reservation person to the front desk, the staff goes out of its way to be hospitable and helpful.
The rooms are clean and comfortable.
There is breakfast and dinner service (which includes 3 adult beverages per person). The choices in each buffet (breakfast and dinner) are wide and varied. The quality of the food (considering it is a buffet) is very good.
The hotel is well-located.
We would stay again.

We stayed at the Drury Inn and enjoyed their complimentary happy hour and breakfast. There was enough nutritious food at happy hour that we didn’t need to get dinner. The room is well decorated and there is a comfortable bed. There is an upstairs and downstairs lobby both are comfortable and inviting. It is right next to the Northern Arizona University campus. The hotel adjoins the High Country Conference facility. It is pet friendly with a pet fee. We enjoyed the stay very much.

Near the Lowell Observatory - our main destination in Flagstaff. Great experience from beginning to end. Friendly and helpful staff, very clean and modern environment. Comfortable bedding - very clean room. Breakfast was GREAT! The indoor pool and spa were excellent as well!

Tired after along day of driving, we arrived and was given our room cards and a quick rundown on the inn.

The hotel is newly built and clean. The staff is always helpful with a smile; and I don't mean the false 'forced smile' that so many people used when dealing with the public.

Our room came with free dinner + 3 drink coupons pp and a breakfast, all were very good.
