We only stayed one night it was very good the rooms were very clean. Custer service is very good they had free soda and popcorn. Free breakfast and dinner. We missed the dinner we went to twin arrows casino 25 miles east on I 40 . They have free covered parking which was good because it rained real hard. They are very close to down town.

The best thing I can say about this hotel is the location was great. It was walking distance to lots of the local restaurants and breweries. The complimentary hot breakfast and 5:30PM snack was typical budget fair along with the cheap wine and Bud light. I can't imagine who would want Bud light in a town with several great micro breweries but I guess FREE says it all. There is a 3 drink limit per person per night. Despite the amount of dogs, all sizes, in the hotel it was very quiet. Beds were comfortable but if you don't like foam pillows bring your own.

I've stayed at this hotel a couple of times while on road trips with pets, driving back and forth between CA and TX. Flagstaff has some sketchy looking hotels, but the Drury Inn is definitely not one of them. The hotel is a very well-kept property with lots of covered free parking, located directly across from the campus of NAU.

Positives: new-looking hotel, friendly & helpful front desk staff, super clean rooms, generous sized bathrooms with GREAT showers, free buffet breakfast, convenient location near downtown area, and most importantly... no animal odor whatsoever despite it being a pet friendly hotel.

Negatives: None!

We took a two room suite with a veranda for two nights. Very quiet and comfortable and the staff was excellent. This hotel is conveniently located close to downtown and the freeway but far enough away from the railroad tracks for it to not be an issue. Complimentary breakfast AND dinner is very good with free cocktails (3 per adult). The room was spacious; TVs worked well; one gripe; no guide for the TVs. Two sinks; one in the bathroom and one at a counter in the 2nd room; like a wet bar if you will. Counters are granite and look good. The rooms were very clean; no issues there. They need to do something about the hangers in the closets; many in our room were broken and so we only had about 1/2 of what we needed; no big deal; we adjusted. The "veranda" is about 4 x 7; no chairs for it so we lugged one outside and used that. Good place to read or just relax. We do recommend this hotel and when back in the area, will book there again.

This hotel is very near of the old Flagstaff, which is a very pleasant (and very small) place to stroll, with good vibes.
We booked a 2 room suite with a sofa bed, which was not very comfortable, otherwise all was OK, free wifi internet access in the rooms and PC access in the lobby
Buffet breakfast included offers a variety of food.

Room Tip: Ask for a room on the back side, because the hotel is located at a big road crossing

Stayed in a suite at the Drury in July 2013. The rooms were comfortable, it was nice to have the extra space and seating area. The rooms were clean . The only noises came from the doors slamming in the corridor.
The breakfast and kick back in the evening were great! With so many dogs I thought there might be a doggy smell, but smell was fine. Cons: no exhaust fan in the bathroom ( even bathrooms in Arizona need fans); the corridors needed vacuuming ( the same litter was there 2 days after check-in) We had planned to use the hot tub but the water in it looked yellow and cloudy - that changed our minds. Some front desk staff was not very friendly. But also @ the front desk ( a manager?) a slim blonde lady was very nice; we also saw her in the breakfast area and at the evening kickback, always smiling & making sure everything was running smoothly. We had hoped to check-in 30 minutes early - were told "no" and "maybe" our rooms would be ready by normal check-in time . Really? ( It was.)

Room Tip: Suites are the best

This is an overall great hotel. The receptionist was very polite, they offered a AAA discount, the room was clean, big, comfortable. Great view from our 6th floor suite. Free cocktails, wine and food. Great breakfast in the morning. Nice surrounding area (NAU). And close to our next stop
for the next morning: Lowell Observatory. Also close to an excellent restaurant: 1899 Bar & Grill.

Room Tip: Higher floors have an awesome view
