Went here for dinner after doing a self-guided haunted tour of Flagstaff. The three of us had the duck leg, beet rissoto, and a wedge salad & BBQ ribs. All the food was excellent. Very good selection of wines and the bartender serves generous cocktails.

We had been in the Midwest for 2 weeks and were on our way home with our last stop being Flagstaff. Had read some nice reviews of Brix and we were delighted with the entire experience. No chicken fried steak on this menu! This menu boasts such delights as Carmelized Onion Soup, Calamari Bruschetta, Caesar Salad with romaine, lemon thyme crouton, shaved
Reggiano Parmesan and white anchovy. Other delectable appetizers as well. House pasta was hand-rolled Tagliatelle Bolognese, NY strip ragout, arugula and Black Mesa Chèvre. Seven entrees on the menu that night.....my guy had the Steak Frites - Creekstone NY strip, onion carbonara, Pt Reyes butter, house cut frites ( amazing) with truffle aioli. My choice was Grilled Pork Chop, Parmesan risotto, warm escarole, mushroom duxelles, salted cherry purée. I asked for additional cherry purée! We split a chocolate crime brûlée for dessert. At the bottom of the daily menu is a list entitled Our Farms, eleven in all that they get meat and produce from.

Our server, Stephen, was excellent. Great sense of humor and helped us choose an amazing Paso Robles wine from San Liege winery. An altogether delightful and much needed dining experience. Absolutely a 10.

Wandered into Brix with my wife and couldn't have been happier with the experience. Creative cuisine, excellent and eclectic wine list and very good service from a personable and very knowledgeable server.

Simply the best restaurant experience we've had in a long time. Dined here once on the way to New Mexico, and liked it so much that we went back a week later during our return trip. Every single thing we had here was excellent, starting with the bread and butter. All told, two salads, four entrees [scallops; chicken; cod; pork chop], and two desserts as well as two complimentary small filled wontons. I have never before in my life picked up a bone in a restaurant to nibble the last of the meat that eluded my knife and fork. My dining companion normally follows the old-fashioned custom of leaving just a bit of food on the plate, but in this case scraped the plate with a fork to get the last of the scrumptious polenta. One mark of a great restaurant is when the items accompanying the protien are all noteworthy, and Brix satifies this criterion. We both agreed that the shared caramelized bread pudding was the best that we have had. And we enjoyed being outdoors on the patio. The only negative is that Brix is not close to where we live.

The excellent menu is limited to what's fresh and available from their specific sources. Service is excellent and the combination of flavors is just amazing. The wine list is extensive. In the summer, dine on the patio. For a great experience, stay at The Inn at 410 and walk behind the Inn to Brix.
