The menu was excellent and the Teppanyaki chef put of an impressive display while cooking our food. Had sushi to start with which was also very nice.

“AMAZING”
Reviewed July 27, 2012

We had our first evening in the hotel and decided to try out this restaurant. The service was fantastic and the chef who cooked the food at our table was very entertaining and cooked the food really well. I would recommend this to anyone.

“Savoring Sakura”
Reviewed July 23, 2012

I had not been to a teppanyaki restaurant in a long time but we were staying at the Radisson in Flagstaff where it is located so we decided to check out Sakura and boy were we pleasantly surprised. The food was wonderful and our chef's showmanship was awesome! Flavorful food with a flaming demonstration as we watched it being prepared. We did not expect to find such a good restaurant located in our hotel.

“Great place to go with the family!”
Reviewed July 12, 2012

My husband and I drive up from Scottsdale a few times a year to eat at Sakura's. We love bringing our family; especially relatives visiting from out of state. We can easily drive to Benihanna's or Sapporo's, but choose not to because we don't get the same kind service. We go to Sakura because of the great food, wonderful customer service, and the fun fire show. We ate at Sakura's this past week and met a wonderful chef. If you get a chance to eat at this great restaurant, put in a request to have Rueben Stoller cook for you. He is the Executive Teppanyaki Chef at Sakura's. You won't be dissapointed.

“Good to great teppanyaki”
Reviewed July 6, 2012

My wife and I love coming here - we love the whole teppanyaki experience. The food is always made very well, although we've found our experiences with the chefs has varied widely - some have quite a bit of color and personality, and some are a bit less polished. (We've found that to be the case at pretty much any teppanyaki restaurant, though, even in larger markets such as LA). In any circumstance, this is our top choice for a special night out in Flagstaff - just be advised: it ain't cheap, and you'll be potentially in trouble without reservations.

Thank you for your feedback - and for continuing to choose Sakura Sushi/Teppanyaki for your 'special nights out.' We do appreciate it... and you are correct, reservations are always a good idea. We do strive for consistency - thank you for your patience for some of the newer chefs.. but we do appreciate letting us know those that may need a bit more training to ensure every experience is picture perfect. Also - look for our specials for the best deals!
