We had a king sized bedroom overlooking the mountains. Comfortable bed, very quiet. Nice view. Keurig coffeemaker and complimentary bottles of water. Extremely clean and well decorated. Good nights sleep. Visited the casino for a bit and enjoyed the machines. Didn't like the smoke, but mainly stayed away from the smokers. The lovely rainfall showers in the room did away with the smoke smell we carried out! Had dinner in the café and enjoyed the Navajo ribeye. My husband liked the chicken pot pie. No room for dessert! Overall a very pleasant stay and close to Hwy 40. Will be back when we're in the area again!

Thank you so much for the lovely review. We look forward to your next visit and have passed your compliments on to the team. Glad you loved the food - if you have room for dessert next time try the Pinon Pie - it is heavenly.

Safe travels, thank you again.

This was a great place to stay. It's a beautiful space, the chandelier when you walk in is really something to see. The slots are fun and the coffee bar was awesome. The rooms were very spaceous and clean. The bathroom fixtures are wonderful and to notch. There is a keurig and a variety of coffee and tea in every room which wad really nice as well as complimentary bottle water. Overall it was a great stay for my family. It is about 20 miles from flagstaff but well worth the drive, there are not hotels add move as this in Flagstaff as I have stayed there many times.

I took a friend here for her 50th birthday since she loves casinos and stayed the weekend. This place is out in the middle of nowhere. Flagstaff is a short drive away. But once we got to the casino we stayed there and didn't leave. The casino floor is small. But with the amount or lack of traffice that visits there, there are no issues getting on a machine or even a table. There were very few tables. Somewhere around 6. I'm not a table player so I didn't pay much attention to them. The rooms in the hotel were very nice and should be since it's about one year old. The price was more then I would usually pay for a casino room. But it was a special occasion. The room we were in was large. Nice flat screen tv, sitting aread with sofa. A small alcove with a desk and a nice spacious bathroom with a great shower. No complaints on the room. Very nice. Finding food to eat in the morning was a challenge. If you are an early riser, you may want to order room service. We attempted to eat at the Four Elements Cafe. We were seated quickly and they weren't busy at all. But after waiting 20 minutes for someone to come take our order, we left. We ended up waiting for the Food Court Buffet to open. By this time it was lunch time. The buffet is cafeteria style and has a small selection of food. But the variety was good and for the most part it was good. The price is reasonable and they offer a one time pass or an all day pass. We had dinner in the Zenith Steakhouse. Very nice. Our waitors name was Elvis, for real. Not an impersonator. He did a wonderfu job. The staff was very good. The food was great. And the atmosphere is very nice. You wouldn't guess you were in a casino. We also enjoyed the coffee bar. Small but nice. The pool area looked nice, but since there is nothing else for kids to do here, it was full of children. We passed on swimming. We also checked out the Bingo room. Very small, but again, not much traffic going through here, so it was big enough. I was very disappointed that the spa hadn't been added yet. But once the get the spa built and the children's play area it should be a nice place for the weekend. I got bored fast within the casino and with no other places close to visit...I took a nap. All in all and relaxing weekend. And my friend enjoyed her birthday weekend. We will probably go back when we are up that way. We both like Cliff Castle Casino a little better for the gaming.

This is a perfect place to stay when you're around Flagstaff if you don't mind 20 min drive to and from Flagstaff. Most everything about this hotel was classy - spacious, tastefully decorated contemporary room & bathroom; nice hospitality of offering two bottles of free water; mini fridge and safe in the room; real high speed internet. Front staff was courteous and helpful. All these at a very reasonable price - I really didn't mind a little extra-driving for this.

One note: I ordered room service for breakfast, and the wording on some items was a bit confusing (choice among coffee, tea, and juice? esp. when you have keurig coffee and tea in the room free of charge), and it wasn't delivered on time. I'd still give this place 5 stars because of all of its other excellence for the price.

GREAT steak house - the food and staff there were amazing. The room was fantastic and super clean. The casino is a small one but, plenty of games to play. People were smoking but, you couldn't smell it. Everyone that worked there was friendly and wonderful however, the staff at the front counter was rough. No smiles, very rigid and made it very clear that if we broke anything or brought drinks back to our room we would be in trouble. It was an odd check-in experience but, everyone else made up for it. I will definately go back.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. I have worked for Casino resorts for 20 years. These people know nothing about running a hotel moreless a casino. Its a joke. The vallets dont even know where to park. Guests were told to try the parking lot. The employees are untrained with No customer service training .I had a customer service issue & the security guard," off duity police officer" said they dont care. Was A rude waste of time. The kid answering switchboard didnt know who the General Manager was. Another employee said we dont know there are 4 of them and each says They are the G.M. An array of boobs walking around who could care less. They have no clue as to Customer Service and FRANKLY DIDNT CARE. WASTE YOUR TIME IF YOU WISH. I did not try the restaurant. The servers were un informed as to what departments or services were in the building. Ok i guess if you just want a coffee shop..Drive on to Las Vegas where the most run down casino will have staff who care about the guests and who are more acomadteing. This place is just a low end truck stop with fancy rugs.
