Description: Beaver Street Brewery was the first brewery to open in Flagstaff, Arizona in 1994. Since then they have cultivated a unique atmosphere for Flagstaff locals and visitors. The open kitchen creates a fun atmosphere where you can watch your food being made and entertain you on the on nights with a wait. The menu is full of classic American cuisine with a unique twist. We have a separate 21 and over bar - Brews & Cues with the same menu but with a more adult atmosphere and Billiards!

Between Christmas and New Years, we stayed in Flagstaff & hit 3 of the 4 Breweries there. Having already had dinner, we headed to the Beaver Street Brewery to do some beer tasting. We walked in about 7 pm and the place was packed with people waiting to get in! This is a good sign, but since we had eaten already we could't see waiting to taste beer and turned to leave. A man walked up and asked why we were leaving so we told him. He suggested we go next door to the bar because they served Beaver Street beer & you had to be over 21 to get in. He then escorted us over there. It was not crowded and were able to be seated at the bar. From outside this looked like a regular bar & not a place we would go. We got great service and ordered a Beer Sampler. The bartender explained each beer and it was so good! As frequent beer tasters, we love being able to communicate directly with the staff, what a wonderful experience! So if the restaurant s crowded, don't leave, go next door! You won't regret it!

We spent Christmas week in Flag and on this day we went to the Museum of Northern Arizona. On the way back to our timeshare, I didn't want to cook to we decided on wood fired pizza. So doing a search Beaver Street Brewery popped up. It was on our way back and I am so happy we stopped. It has a very rustic look outside with a wooden structure and when you walk into the wooden double doors you get this warm feeling. It was snowing when we went and pizza and beer sounded great. They had many varieties of food, from soups, salads, pizza and fondue. We each had a personal pizza and we were not dissapointed. They have thier own brews as well as other beers, bottled and on tap. The atmosphere adds to the warmth you get when you walk in. I would eat there again if and when we are back in Flagstaff.

Visited the Brewery right after we moved to Flag. Everything we ordered was delicious, the waitress was very attentive, and the value was very good. A great place to go with friends, family, or on a date.

I always have to get a Raspberry Beer!! After trying many fine choices of their micro brews I tend to be partial to the Raspberry brew. My Favorite is the" pizazz wood fired pizza" with a side of sweet potato fries. This is my all time favorite place to eat in Flagstaff.

Despite the close to an hour wait for a table on a Friday evening we enjoyed our meal here. Once seated, service was excellent and our family of four eas able to dine for less than $50 (not incl. tip). i tried one of their Pizzas which was quite tasty, and my wife thought her main course salad was cery good except for some of the hard cranberries. The kids found something in the children's menu that was also satisfying. I had the Lumberyard IPA and it was so good I picked up a couple bottles to take home from Arizona.

This place is also located right downtown and is convenient to shopping.
