Great selection of artifacts from early 1900s ranging from medical to cowboy items. The focus is on actual items and not on a bunch of written information. Even has a little room full of hands on things for kids. Also there is an old train, house and many old farm machinery items. Well worth the $5 fee!

Take the tour it's worth it. Lots of artifacts inside and you can roam around outside, even on a locomotive. Fun little stop.

Sometimes good things do come in small packages and this is one of those times. This museum, which is housed in what was the hospital for the indigent, is very interesting. The exhibits are kind of random and include information about the settling of Flagstaff and how the hospital was established. Admission was $2 per person and we spent a little over an hour exploring the museum and its grounds.

My daughter and I visited the museum on a whim while driving through to the Grand Canyon. There are so many interesting items in this small museum that intrigued both me and my 8-year-old daughter. The people that work there (I think I remember that they own it) were very nice and had so much information to share. My daughter said it was her favorite place to visit on our trip (and we went to the Grand Canyon!) She was intrigued by all the "old" stuff and the information that went along with it. Well worth it for a few bucks! I'm not going to caption the photos because I can't tell the stories as well as the people there can!
