Tim, our driver and guide, was wonderful! He asked the birthday girl where she wanted to go, and since the three bars she picked were in close proximity, he took the scenic route to get there so we'd have fun pedaling (and we sure burned some calories!). It was an absolute blast--we were a group of all ages from 21 through parents, and we all had a fantastic time. Highly recommended!

We reserved four seats on the pedaler/trolley to celebrate my husbands 30th birthday. An hour prior to our arrival time, we were notified there were not enough seats on the pedaler/trolley and they gave us TWO options: either ride the crab bike or reschedule for another date. We were only in town for one more night, so we decided to ride the crab. The lady informed me the crab actually cost more per person to ride but we wouldn't be charged the extra amount. However, on the crab you cannot drink as you pedal nor bring your own drinks as you can on the bigger pedaler/trolley--which for us made a huge difference. We felt pretty jipped to pay $35 per person to basically ride around to three different bars that were walking distance from one another. Additionally, our driver called in late and therefore, our tour started later, but had to end on time. Our replacement driver, Cassie, was super nice, however not very lively/engaging as the other TripAdvisor reviews suggested. Overall, we made the best of it, but we were pretty disappointed with the experience and would have preferred a refund or even better, to have ridden the pedaler where we could have our own drinks, our own bartender, and a perhaps a more lively driver.

Thank you for your feedback, we highly value your input. We do have a minimum of 7 riders required in order to be able to pedal the large trolleys. This can be found on our website, during the booking process, as well as in the email sent when a customer books. The booking is not confirmed until the minimum number has been met. We do try to contact the group 24 hours in advance to notify if the minimum has not been met and discuss rescheduling, taking the crab bike or providing a refund. Unfortunately after we were notified of a group not being able to attend, we tried several times to reach out to your group before we made contact. We apologize for not meeting your expectations, we have reviewed our booking page to ensure customers are aware of our policy when booking.

So much fun. We are locals and did this for co-workers that graduated. We had all different ages (from 22 to 54). Our guide Elisabeth was great. Such a great combination of a good workout.... fun group event ... and great way to go to local pubs!!! Thanks so much.

I recommend this attraction for groups of people who like to have fun and maybe need to get to know one another better. I participated as part of a post-conference group. I don't drink beer, but had a good time anyway.
