I have spent over 600 nights in Marriotts and this property is probably in the bottom 3 . If you don't want to step outside when you step outside your room, insist on the third floor, which has enclosed hallways, just like a real Marriott. The first two floors are like a motel 6. Even the third floor hallway sports a carpet that has seen better years and is lumpy, with holes under it.
The breakfast room is about up to par and the bed is comfortable, but the rooms are smaller than any Fairfield i've ever stayed in, with a bathroom that is just tiny.
