We've stayed here three times over the past two years. The campground is easy to get to from the highway. There are a variety of sites, and although we have a little trailer, we always get a pull through with full hookups. The campground abuts the national forest and there is access to some fabulous hiking trails. There is a little nature trail at the campground itself, as well as a playground for kids and a corral.
The camp store has most things one would need and there is even a little "roach coach" that serves breakfast in the morning.
Historic downtown Flagstaff is just a short drive away, as are many shops and grocery stores.
We've decided to make our treks here a yearly adventure.
