Description: Coppa is a European-style cafe/bistro set amidst the mountains of Flagstaff serving lunch, dinner and Sunday brunch. While northern Arizona might at first seem an unlikely dining destination for serious epicureans, Coppa Cafe's combination of talent and unconventional procurement methods have set the small, casual eatery atop the "can't miss" list of every discerning foodie from Phoenix to Santa Fe. Choosing to go against the grain of the franchise and chain restaurants often found in smaller-town America, husband and wife owners and chefs Brian Konefal and Paola Fioravanti instead favor house-cured meats, ingredients locally procured from nearby farms and ranches and foraged foods found in the forests around Flagstaff to incorporate into their dishes. Though their procurement methods might seem unconventional for the region, their talents are rooted in tradition, following lifelong culinary careers spent crisscrossing Europe and the U.S., Training under the tutelage of some of the finest and most decorated chefs in their respective countries. As Coppa's tagline states, the tiny, intimate venue offers "a taste of Europe in the mountains of Flagstaff," and the culinary team prides itself on providing just that through balancing local finds with progressive techniques, resulting in an unprecedented, sophisticated and pilgrimage-worthy experience.

Really excellently food, thoughtfully prepared in a little strip mall cafe in Flagstaff. Their 7 course tasting menu is wonderful, the quality of the food and the care and talent and the chefs is very evident. Brunches are excellent. Wine lists are good, deserts great. And you can wear blues jeans if you like, the food and wines are classy along with great service, the ambiance is "casual cafe." We'll be back, many times for sure and have told all of our friends, forget high end dining in Sedona - go up to Flagstaff, the prices are much less and the wait staff and chefs are professionals.

We had New Years Eve at this little gem. They served a 7 course tasing menu, which was excellent! I highly recommend this for foodies who like tastings menus, like I do ;-) Next time in Flagstaff I will make sure to reserve a table.

If you are out for large portions, this is not your choice.

Sunday Brunch food was very good. Service was very bad. There were 2 of us. As soon as the 4 tops started arriving we were ignored. Then shocked to see a hefty tip added automatically! No wonder the waitress didn't care. Would not return or recommend.

If you are in Flagstaff, it is a must have dinner!! The service is pretty good. Ther is no many options which helps to not be in doubt to choose the dish. I ordered for a vegetarian lasagne that was wonderful!! The size was very good to not be full. There were a lot of mushrooms! It was crispy and not dry, delicious!! The other people joined a lot what they've asked for. We share a bottle of french wine into three people. In the end including the tip, it costed 15 per person. I strongly recommend. It is needed to make a previous reservation and it is open wednesday - saturday.

Passing thru Flagstaff on vacation and came across this restaurant on Trip Advisor. Imaginative menu. Presentation was innovative and appealing. We had cactus ceviche, steak tartare and poached cod. Very friendly wait staff (Lindsay). Would definitely recommend.
