Have stayed there about one year ago, was pleased last time, even happier this time, 4/4/2014 & 4/5/2014. Asked to be near laundry facilities and was accommodated. Second morning we left prior to breakfast time, the server was preparing the breakfast, he allowed us to take coffee, fruit & muffins. Very nice hotel, staff, clean!

Room Tip: We needed laundry facilities, they accomodated us close to the washer, dryer.

We stayed at Comfort Inn Flagstaff April 15, 2014. The staff on duty were extremely helpful. They couldn't do enough to make our stay comfortable. The breakfast was the usual hotel breakfast bar. The fridge in the room was the largest we've ever seen in a hotel room. The hotel is old and in need of a major reno. It appeared that some of the furniture had been updated. The room we were in needed new carpeting and was in dire need of new paint. The heat wasn't the greatest system. The cable/satellite TV kept scrambling channels. The bathtub needs refinishing or replacement.

The room with 2 queens is very small. The bathroom had black mold looking stuff along tile. Breakfast was just okay. Really nothing special here and for the price, I will try somewhere else next visit.

We stayed here one night on our cross country trip. This is a great hotel for a great price.
I have never stayed at a hotel with such a comfortable common room with a working fireplace. It was really nice to check in, get a hot cup of tea and sit by the fire for a bit. Our room was very clean and comfortable. We had a good nights sleep. The free breakfast was delicious. There was so much to choose from for breakfast- hot and cold food- and the best we've ever had for a free breakfast. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend this hotel.

Spent four nights here last week. Extremely comfortable beds and great room for the price we paid. Good Coffee on tap. Fridge and microwave in the room. Australians travelling for four weeks.

I rated it 5 for bed comfort and cleanliness of room. Breakfast was just OK too many carbs for me but fresh fruit and boiled eggs were good. Travelling around so joined the club!

We have never been greeted so warmly at any hotel. The two gals at the front desk were so pleasant! They assisted us with directions and a restaurant tip. The room was older, but refurbished nicely. The lobby was awesome. Pool wasn't open yet. Fitness room looked nice, but no chance to use. This was the best breakfast we have ever had at a Choice hotel. The attendant was pleasant and filled things right away. We hope to come back in the future. Driveway is narrow, so be careful.

Got in fairly early. Reservations not right. Reserved two handicapped. Only got one. Had to wait forever while nice clerk tried to see what else he could come up with. Bed nice. Bathroom had not been cleaned behind the door. Yuck. Breakfast poor. Juice not cold. Ham was gross. Yogurt not cold either. Wouldn't stay at this place again.
