We stopped by for a quick bite after a long day on the road. I wish we had stayed hungry.
We ordered the nachos which were “meh” to begin with- the chicken was good, but that was about it.
I ordered the “surf & turf”- which was repugnant. The shrimp was the cheap stuff from Walmart, the “meat” looked and tasted like “meat product” that had been sitting under the heat lamp for 20 minutes. The potato salad wasn’t too horrible, it had a bit too much pickle taste for my liking & the Mac & cheese was sticky- it had a similar texture to peanut butter.
My husband ordered the chili and soup of the day... the chili was on the spicy side and the soup of the day had that gross tasting “meat product” in it.
The server was very kind!

We didn’t enjoy the food here at all- thankfully we were both just nauseous the rest of the night & didn’t get sick from this “food.”

It wasn’t a pleasant experience...

My Google maps was rubbish in actually pinpointing its position. It's facing the railway tracks, just down from the Flagstaff Visiter Centre and the shuttle drop off point, and walk across the tracks.

There's patio seating outside. The seating inside is nice and spacious but with booths to make it a bit cosier.

There are about a dozen draught beers, with brief descriptions on each. I tried the Railhead Red, nice amber ale, $6 for just under a UK pint.

A nice range of food beyond burgers and sandwiches. Some Mexican, some boneless wings and platters of roasted ribs, pork or chicken. And they offer a third rack of ribs for $12.99 which was plenty for a lunch along with cornbread roll and a side. Half ribs at $16.99 and full set at $24.99. I tried the Yard BBQ sauce and it was fine, not too sweet. Altogether a rather yummy meal!

With 1980s music playing in the background, which was a bit weird, being popular before any of these very pleasant servers were born :)

Nice pleasant lunch. And if you can hang on, their Happy Hour is 3 - 6 pm.

Nice restored location just south of the railroad station in downtown Flagstaff. Sizable outdoor dining patio and indoor dining area. There is a parking lot outside the brewery but it does cost $1/hour to park.

I thought the beer here was just average but we really liked the food we ordered. Had the pretzels with beer cheese, a burger, and a steak sandwich. Loved the beer cheese dip and dipped the fries that came with the burger in it.

Service was friendly and prices were reasonable. Had two beers, an appetizer, and two entrees for about $45.

Popular place with crowd weighted towards people in their 20s but comfortable for all ages. Well preparded mixed drinks and decent bar food. If you go, be aware that the nearby parking is $1 per hour; you pay at a kiosk right by the restaurant. Be sure to know your licence plate (I took a pic of our rental car's plate)

The food was good but not stellar. However, the staff took very good care of our table and the beer was excellent. It’s def a comfortable place to grab a bite and hang out for a while.
