Very impressed with freshness and flavor of food. First time we've gone and will definitely find one in Mesa near us to go to

We eat at Pita Jungle in Chandler every week and love it. While we we're in Flagstaff we ate at this location and it just was good. It's a great value and the food is very good!

I got on a weird schedule while on a business trip and found myself wanting to eat around 9:00pm. This place is open until 10:00 and they don't try to hustle you out so they can go home. I went there twice, the first time I had a lentil soup and mediterranean platter. The soup was good, but seemed like it was heated in a microwave with hot and cold spots. The platter was really quite good, I didn't care for the tabbouleh which was mostly just parsley. On the second visit I had a chicken curry that was just meh. I through some Sriracha on it and it was okay. Again there were temperature problems. Still it was okay.

We ordered takeout from Pita Jungle last weekend. The food was average (red hummus and chicken was a bit bland) and they shorted us on our pita sides on a salad and the hummus. Also forgot to give us a fountain drink but were charged anyway.

This hipster establishment sits on the backside of a fairly new commercial strip mall. There are young waiters and waitresses feeding hungry young and old clientele alike. The garlic-full hummus was delicious, the specialty drink and beer selection is quite good. Portions are big and everything is fresh. There is also a good selection of vegetarian and vegan friendly options if you are into that. Great for a casual lunch or dinner and the prices are very reasonable for the area.
