SpringHill Suites is a great home base if you are are trying to visit multiple places in the area. We used it to go to Sedona, Prescott and the Grand Canyon. We love the breakfast and the clean, spacious rooms!!! The price is perfect and the staff is so accommodating!!

The rooms were new, smelt fresh and the service was awesome. When we checked it, we had some issues with the bathtub, but this was duly fixed and I recieved multiple apologies for this. I give five stars to the this hotel's management. If you visit Flagstaff, please stay here. It is close to the main town and close to the highway (without the noise).

I hosted a Business meeting at this property. The entire staff went out of their way to make sure my meeting was perfect. Nick (GM), Randi, & Trevor were friendly and extremely helpful. This is one of the few hotels that say they care about customer service, and back it up with their actions.

By far our favorite place to stay when we visit Flagstaff whether with kids or without. Very clean, modern rooms and the staff is always friendly and helpful. Breakfast is a huge plus and lots of variety to choose from.

We booked a group reservation for a youth football tournament over Labor Day weekend. We had 6 families with lots of kids and dogs. The hotel staff was very nice and always had a smile. The rooms were perfect for our needs. The beds were a little hard, but the room was very clean. It is located within walking distance to NAU where our tournament was so it was perfect to be able to go back to our rooms and relax in between games. The staff was very friendly to our crazy boys and to our dogs too. I would go back again for sure!

What a great location and very clean hotel , rooms very spacious, they have breakfast facilities and friendly staff. Only one hiccup just waiting to see if this gets sorted out, we prepaid for the rooms(3) back in February but when we checked in we were charged again on our credit cards which at the time I was unaware because we were travelling and dont have access to banks statements, I have since contacted them and they have assured me the money will be refunded, So I will let you know if this happens, otherwise a nice hotel.

First time stay at a Springhill. Lobby is hip but spartan. Friendly staff at check in.
The Likes:
- Rooms are modern and nicely appointed.
- Nice work desk, ampe plugs, mini-fridge, microwwave, etc
- Close to NAU, Walmart and Grocery store in walking distance
- Right of of the Intersection of I-17 and I-40
- Pet Friendly, near some urban trails and has a pet exercise area in the back

The dislikes
- A/C unit did not work, just blows air, cannot be turned off, etc. This would not have been so bad if the window was able to open more than 1 inch.
- The bathroom - the glass door allows the light to brighten the whole room at night, a really silly design. There is no door between the sink and shower/toilet which means really only one person at a time
- Breakfast was fine foodwise but we are tea drinkers - like many places even though they provide hot water it is from a container that is also used for coffee - really tastes bad
- Since we had the window open (see above) the dumpsters are all emptied around 5am - about 20-30 minutes of banging and beeping

Probably would pass this place by unless there were no other choices - it was fine but the issues made it less than ideal

Room Tip: We were on the 2nd fllor it was fine, the elevator is pokey so higher floors might experience delays...
