We stayed two nights at this property. Employees are extremely kind and helpful. However, the property needs to improve on the housekeeping side. The first room was dusty and the beds appeared as if they had just been used. They were wrinkled, and the some of the pillows were yellow and with holes in the pillow covers. They changed our room upon request. However, the other room had some of the same problems, though in a better shape. Apparently, this property does not iron towels, pillow covers, and bed sheets (I spotted the front desk clerk helping somebody from the housekeeping in folding manually the towels). Moreover, housekeeping does a poor job in cleaning. The shelves in the bath were covered with old dust, and we found tons of black hair in the corners and everywhere.
I had the feeling that the property was running understaffed. Employees, though, were very helpful, and I did not want to spoil a brief stay by complaining too much.
it is a pity, because the property is conveniently located.

We would stay here again. Within walking distance to restaurants and a Walmart which is nice to stretch your legs after driving all day. Breakfast was so crowded in the morning we left and went to Mcdonalds. Room was spacious and clean but the housekeeping was a little cheap with the toiletries. The faucet in the shower was rusted and a few towels had holes in them. Not enough bad stuff to keep us from staying here again though.

Upon entering our room, we were very excited with the size. After being on the road for over a week, we were practically giddy and even thought of extending our stay by another night just to enjoy the spaciousness. However, upon spending a little more time, I did notice that the room wasn't very clean. The bathroom especially. There was a layer of dust and hairs on the top of the toilet. There was dirt and grime in the shower floor. When we took a shower that night, we also noticed the floor of the shower was puckering up in the middle so that it was not draining properly. I got out of the shower not feeling clean at all. Good thing I travel with a little bottle of rubbing alcohol... which I used up wiping down everything in the bathroom, including door handles and light switches. There was just grime around all of this. Maybe we just got a dirty room?

Stayed here for three nights while visiting NAU campus. Good bed, quiet room, liked that we could bring our dog ($50 fee). As other reviewers have said, the frosted glass bathroom door was not a good design choice as anyone who gets up in the night to use the bathroom will wake up everyone in the room. I thought the decor is a little dated. The breakfast is good with lots of nice choices. The next time we come to Flagstaff we will try the Drury Inn as it is right on campus, across from our new favorite restaurant in Flagstaff (1899), with no charge for pets.

Stayed here for 2 nights in March 2013 and was very happy with my stay. It was close to anything you need in Flagstaff and if you need anything from WalMart it across the street. The staff were pleasant and I would for sure stay here again. I left Phoenix and stayed here on my way to the Grand Canyon.Good job everyone!!!!
