Front desk checkin lady was very unprofessional-her appearance was very sloppy and she looked like she just came from an all-nighter party. Pictures on the site are nothing what it actually looks like---something like a horror movie. Very quiet there but not in a good way. It's a creepy/eerie kind of quiet. $2 hidden electricity fee a night that's also taxable.Stairwells dark & uneven=unsafe. Key to the hotel room door tricky-works after 3 times (also a safety issue). Toilet/toilet seat rusted-needs replacement. Vent in bathroom extremely loud. Tub doesnt drain. A/C blows the window curtain up to where anyone walking by can see in=unsafe.

We arrived 3 hours early and just stopped by to see if we could check in and continue our sightseeing of Flagstaff and Oak Creek Canyon. They got us all set-up very fast and off we went. Dennys is next door and Cracker Barrel is right down the street. You won't need them for breakfast tho as the free breakfast is great. Eggs, biscuits and gravey, fresh muffins, coffee and 3 kinds of juice, cold cereal and milk, fresh fruit and plenty more. Our maid came every morning to see if we needed anything or clean our room. Our total cost was $135.00 for 4 days, this is a GREAT place to stay. COME and enjoy it, you'll see for yourself !!

The front desk Clerk (Shane) was very nice. I requested to have a fridge & microwave which they did place in one of the rooms. When we first arrive we kicked off our shoes and turned on the television. Discovered both tv remotes were not working for either tv's so the maintenance crew took about an hour to fix the problem because simply changing the batteries wasn't working. The beds were comfortable and the there hardly was any noise from the nearby freeway. The location is close to a Denny's and a great steakhouse called Black Barts. The free breakfast was great because not only did they have cold cereal, bagels, etc., but they had eggs, biscuit and country gravy with a variety of drinks. The ONLY bad thing is the noise of the toilets. When you flush the toilet it seriously sounds like a 747 boeing plane was inside the restroom. Not only was it loud in your room but in the neighboring rooms as well. This was annoying and a bothersome to our 6 month old child.

Reading the last two reviews of this hotel, I was a little leary of the place. But, our room was clean, comfortable, and reasonably priced. Beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was clean, with vanity outside the bathtub/toilet room. No train noise, which is pretty standard in this area of Flagstaff. I would recommend it for a good economy hotel

Although the bed and sheets were clean, believe me, I checked - the bathroom was disgusting- DIRTY grout on floor and walls, rotting door, peeling paper and missing tiles. Avoid this hotel at all costs!

My husband and I stayed here for one night coming down from the Grand Canyon. It was right on I-40 and the room was better than we expected for its price. It was spacious, quiet and clean. The continental breakfast is also nice to get you right back on the road the next morning. Nothing fancy but good enough to fill you up. Make sure to follow direction ont heri website rahter thant google maps because we got lost using those instead of the ones provided in the hotel's website.
