Enthusiastic staff and volunteers make this a great evening or visit. Sadly it was too cloudy to view Jupiter but an interesting piece of history and great views of Flagstaff.

Beautiful place to stop and see the city from above. On our visit, we saw the double stars and Saturn from the telescope.

We went in the afternoon to tour the Observatory and came back in the evening to look at the moon through the historic Clark telescope; several other telescopes were also set up to view Jupiter and the moon.

We totally enjoyed our trip here today. We started around noon and watched the 13 minute video and followed with the "MARS" tour. It takes you up to the CLARK telescope and tells you all about the history of it (great story). Then we came back after dark and had the opportunity to view from 3 very nice scopes on the walkways. The ultimate was to view Saturn thru the Clark scope. GREAT people here, most are volunteers, very knowledgeable in the subject. HIGHLY recommend a visit here.

Being able to look through telescopes! We saw Jupiter. Saturn and it was a bit hard to see the moon because of the clouds. A great experience for young and old alike
