“the grandchildren had a ball looking and asking questions!”

Just a learning experience and the place to visit for the history of our king, coal! this area was based on coal and was in its hayday the reason scranton and surrounding areas grew! Got to know the history of where you live to appreciate it!

“What an eye opener !!!!”

Coal mining was hard and dirty job and still is. This musem broght this wasy of life to a realality.
