Because there really aren't any nice safe decent places to stay in Springfield, I would say the Sheraton is just a nice hotel. Negatives- No free wi fi. Wi fi was $8.95 a day. However, there is a business center. Parking in the garage was $9.95 a day. No breakfast place to eat at in the hotel except for room service. Exercise room was actually very nice however you have to share it with people who pay to use this fitness center. Nice indoor pool and jacuzzi. Racquetball court for $6.95 for 30minutes to rent equiptment. There was this music that played over the PA system ALL NIGHT LONG and you could hear it softly creep into our room. I would wake you hearing something and realize it was the music. The bed was king size, comfy. There was a single cup coffee maker with starbucks packs. No microwave no fridge combo. The hotel itself is clean ,nice and fairly new. They were actually in renovation during our stay. The Sheraton is close to interstates and all places near Springfield.
