“The Best Sandwich I've Ever Had!”
Reviewed October 26, 2008

This is a place you must visit while in Springfield. I've been to many cities worldwide and I've never had anything like the grilled snadwiches these guys make. Their Paninis are amazing. Went at lunchtime and had to wait in line for 10 minutes but it was worth the wait. They make panini right in front of you on their "Panini Bar"....Fresh tmeats and toppings are beautifully displayed. Had the chicken pesto and could only eat half of it. Kinda hard to find, It's away from the downtown area, but worth the drive.

“Best Panini I've ever had!”

This is one of Springfield's hidden gems. They make delicious grilled panini (sandwiches) to your specifications. Fresh ingredients, artisan bread, and a freindly staff. They also very good coffee/espresso and warm atmosphere. We relaxed after our lunch next to their firplace with a great cup of coffee.

“Hot Table "Out of this world sanwiches"”
Reviewed October 29, 2007

You'll love the coffee, esspressos and lattes in the chic but comfy space, esspecially on a cold day by the fireplace. Huge hot pressed sandwiches and wraps. They have a nice selection of sandwich choices like Chicken Pesto ,Horseradish steak or Southwest chicken. You can also create your own. If you want something light the soups and salads are great too. Last but certainly not least the desserts are fabulous. Its a must while
in town.
