I stayed at the inn for 17 days for work. The rooms are beautiful and a warm breakfast was ready and waiting in the am. Always fresh towels and a refreshed bed when needed. The owners very nice and Bob the innkeeper is awesome as well. Whether it be a short or long stay this Victorian style inn is the place to stay in Springfield.

We attended the week-long antique sales in Brimfield (about 25 minutes away). This was Our first visit it the area for the shows and we decided to treat ourselves to a B&B since accommodations closer to Brimfield are spoken for well in advance for the show weeks. The price was just a little above our usual travel budget, but not unreasonable for what we found. Naomi's Inn is a great place to come back to after long, hot days of checking out thousands of dealers. The Innkeeper and Naomi's mom supplied us with great suggestions for diner each night. Our room was large and nicely furnished. Because we left early on some mornings, we were able to make up our own "on the fly" breakfast and the other mornings saw ample and simple fare.

After a very long drive from Cape Cod to Springfield, Naomi's Inn was a welcome sight. Marci is a fantastic host and made us feel very welcome. She went out of her way to answer our questions and was genuinely interested to just sit and chat to us. The room was absolutely gorgeous with a super-comfortable bed. Very clean and superbly decorated. Great breakfast (but could have done with some toast). Nice quiet location as well. Marci deserves to have more people visit her Inn and I'm sure she'll be a huge success.

Naomi's is a great place to stop in Springfield Mass. A home away from home.

I'm a business traveler and I have to spend a lot of time in Springfield... I can't stand the cookie cutter big hotels.

You can kick your feet up and relax at Naomi's. The owner Marci is terrific.

If you are expecting a grand hotel, this is not the place for you. If you want to stay at a quaint, local bed and breakfast, feel comfortable, enjoy beautiful rooms, then Naomi's is the place to stay in Springfield.

REFERRED HERE BY COLLEAGUE. Came to stay for a couple weeks after providng hospice services to a loved one who had passed. My home office was in transition and I was needing a place to work and stay at temporarily. The service was horrible, wifi was not working, home was un-clean, food was scarce, there was not the charm or breakfast or homey atmosphere that you would expect with a B&B. Business printer/fax copier and mountain trek bike were stolen on the premises...

This person was removed from our property by the local authorities. It was an unfortunate circumstance for all involved.

The owner needs to learn how to operate a B&B. My husband and I reserved one of the rooms advertised on their website, but upon arrival placed in a room marked “Private”. The room had none of the advertised amenities to the point of no chair, no rug or soap in the bathroom. The innkeeper was MIA in the morning at 8:00 when breakfast was to be served. A dutiful maintenance man looked in the fridge, but there was nothing to be found. If we wanted breakfast, we would have to wait an hour. The innkeeper finally did show up, but only made breakfast of pancake (mix), coffee and orange juice as we were leaving (9:30). We came by train only for the day, so we asked if we could leave our bags and pick them up later. We were told to leave them in the room. Fast forward later in the week when we wrote the innkeeper to express our displeasure. No apology, or consideration regarding the rate. Instead she emailed us that we should have been charged for another night since we left our bags in the room past 11AM checkout. The best of intentions don’t make up for an unpleasant stay, especially when we could have lodged at a downtown hotel closer to all the train and all the attractions for the same cost.
