I did not know the significance of the Dr Seuss statues at first. Nice display showing off the history of the town.

His characters come to life with him sitting and watching. The giant book of the places you go could not be more perfect and can be read from the giant bronze book Dr Seuss left his heart in Springfield

It is an amazing place to go with the kids. Fair pricing, local, quaint. You can get a package and view other museum exhibits as well. The kids will enjoy and you don't burn a whole in your wallet.

I never really was into Dr. Seuss myself so haven't read many stories to my son. That being the case it was a OK trip but a little boring after awhile. He did like all the statues, but it was winter when we went so it was a little cold to be outside for some of the exhibits

Dr. Seuss National Memorial Sculpture Garden is free! It was adorable to see the cartoons in book come to live. Plan to spend 15 min to 25 min to take pictures.
