There are a lot of interactive exhibits at the basketball hall of fame which I think makes it a lot more fun for kids. This hall of fame was put into a new building about 10 years ago and it shows, it is very nice and worth a visit if you enjoy the sport.

Very attractive building but an old fashioned low tech feel. No good videos or interactive displays. No real movie theatre. Good large open area for meetings or events but otherwise a quite boring venue.

This place is fantastic - giant shoes and uniforms, lots of info and hands on basketball makes it loads of fun.

The Basketball Hall of Fame in Springfield was amazing! A lot of interactive things to do and it was neat to shoot at a peach basket! The displays were very good and provide a lot of information. It was neat to see the artifacts from basketball's beginnings to today's game. Well worth the stop if passing through Springfield.

I surprised my husband with this on our trip. He loved it. There was a lot of information to read and plenty of artifacts to see. It has three levels and you go at your own pace. I planned on two hours here and that was plenty of time. I went through a lot faster than my hubby. Little kids would be way bored, but 10 and over would like it.
