We celebrated our 3rd anniversary at South Court and loved every minute. The house is gorgeous, decorated for the season, and the room was unbelievable (we stayed in the Emma Glenn). Tom Potts is the chef and his menus are beyond any restaurant fare...the evening dessert was devine! We stayed in the beginning of the week and left just in time before the weekend crowd arrived. Advantage: the house was ours the entire time...ultimate privacy. Disadvantage: no chance to interact with other guests and meet interesting people. Whatever time you choose you can't go wrong at this B&B. Thanks Tom and Anita for a wonderful time.
The B&B was very welcoming and comfortable - and Tom and Anita were wonderful hosts, from charming breakfasts to making sure everyone had the information they needed to enjoy their stay in the area. I highly recommend it if you are in Luray.
Our stay at the South Court Inn was outstanding. The food, and the atmosphere were very relaxing and our host made us feel really at home. We would definitely recommend this quaint little country place to any one who needs to get away from it all. If you like desserts, especially chocolates this is the place to go.
