Spent a night at the Mimslyn Inn on our way to Luray Caverns. We were greeted by their friendly staff the moment we arrived. Checking in was easy. The room, bed, bathroom were perfect and the building itself is beautiful.
If I had any complaint, it was that the meal at the casual restaurant down stairs was just mediocre. The service was very spotty and the food was average.
That being said, I would not hesitate to stay here and we are actually looking forward to our next visit within the next few months. A great getaway from D.C. and it is just over 100 miles away.
